A gentle yoga class moving with the breath through postures to ease away tension and bring about a sense of peace and calm ending with a deep relaxation.
Beginners are welcome.
All you need is a mat, some floor space, strap/tie, block/cushions & blankets, wear loose comfortable clothing and have water to hand.
